forwarded.lol ("we", "us", or "our") provides a dynamic internet redirect auction and public leaderboard platform. Visitors who arrive at forwarded.lol are displayed a countdown and automatically forwarded to the website designated by the active Rank #1 bidder.
By accessing the site, submitting a destination URL, or paying a bid amount, you acknowledge that you are entering into a binding legal agreement subject to these Terms of Service.
2. The Bidding Mechanism & Cooldown Protection
The platform operates on a transparent, competitive auction model:
- Rank Determination: Bidders are ranked in descending order based on their verified bid amount (in USD). In the event of identical amounts, earlier timestamps take precedence.
- Active Redirect: Only the current Rank #1 bidder receives the live URL redirection of visitors arriving at the root domain.
- Anti-Sniping Protection Cooldown: When a user wins the Rank #1 position, they are granted a 1-hour protection cooldown. During this active cooldown window, no incoming bid can displace the active redirect destination, ensuring the winning bidder receives guaranteed initial exposure.
- Outbidding: Once the 1-hour cooldown expires, the top spot is immediately open to higher bids. When outbid, the redirect automatically switches to the new top bidder.
- Leaderboard Preservation: Outbid entries remain permanently visible on the public leaderboard historically, displaying your submitted brand name, logo, tagline, and link.
3. Payment Terms & Strict No-Refund Policy
Due to the immediate digital fulfillment, real-time leaderboard publishing, and automatic redirection of live traffic, payments cannot be cancelled, charged back, or refunded under any circumstances once processed.
Payments are securely handled by our authorized payment partner, DodoPayments. We never store full credit card numbers or sensitive financial credentials on our servers. By completing a transaction, you authorize DodoPayments to process the designated one-time fee.
You expressly understand that being outbid—whether minutes, hours, or days after placing your bid—is a core feature of an auction platform and shall not entitle you to any refund, credit, or compensation.
4. Content Standards & Prohibited Links
You represent and warrant that any URL, brand name, tagline, or image asset submitted to forwarded.lol complies with all applicable domestic and international laws.
You strictly agree NOT to submit links or content that contain, promote, or link to:
- Malware, viruses, trojans, ransomware, phishing, exploit kits, or deceptive downloaders.
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or non-consensual sexual content.
- Hate speech, harassment, threats, or encouragement of physical harm or violence.
- Unlicensed gambling, illegal drugs, firearms, or counterfeit goods.
- Deceptive financial scams, Ponzi schemes, crypto drainers, or fraudulent schemes.
- Content infringing on third-party trademarks, copyrights, or publicity rights.
5. Right to Moderate, Delist, and Remove Content
We reserve the unilateral right to review, reject, nullify, or immediately remove any bidder, destination URL, or media asset that violates these Terms or that we determine in our sole discretion to be harmful, fraudulent, or abusive to internet users.
Enforcement: In the event a bidder's link is flagged or found in violation of our content standards, the destination redirect will be redirected to a safety placeholder, and the entry may be purged from the leaderboard without refund.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. forwarded.lol disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uptime, and non-infringement.
We make no representations or guarantees regarding the specific number of visitors, click-through rates, demographic composition, conversion volume, or search engine ranking impact that your website will receive while holding the #1 redirect spot or appearing on the leaderboard.
7. Third-Party Websites & Destination Disclaimer
Visitors to forwarded.lol are redirected to third-party websites submitted by winning bidders. forwarded.lol does not endorse, control, operate, or verify the safety or claims made on external third-party sites. Visitors proceed at their own discretion and risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall forwarded.lol, its operators, creators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business disruption resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
